The CJ Solution is the brainchild of the passion for entrepreneurship and efficiency.
I'm Christine Janzen, and I started The CJ Solution as the first of many businesses with a desire to use my skills in customer service, hospitality, tech, admin, management, HR, marketing, and design to help other businesses get ahead.
The first iteration of The CJ Solution was an Executive Assitant/Virtual Assistant service.
3 years into the game, after working with both large businesses, small businesses, and solopreneurs, it became clear that too many businesses were struggling to scale due to a lack of foundation, structure, automation, and overall cohesion. And that business owners everywhere were struggling to delegate, grow, have a healthy work-life balance, and enjoy the business they created.
I use my unique perspective, built on years in various fields, to allow you to achieve both the business of your dreams and also the relationship that you desire to have with that business.
A little more about me...
As an entrepreneur with ADHD, I have been given the gift of being able to see the entire picture in ways many cannot AND use the microscope to look at the finest of details. This allows me to take the ideas that are in your head for your business, document them, see how they affect your entire organization, improve them with simplicity and efficiency, and implement them in creative ways while you sit back and relax.
More than that, at my core, I have an unmatchable passion for efficiency, processes, automation, and organization that I bring into every project that I do. I likewise have a passion for helping people. To me I see two parts to every project; the business and the business owner.
My #1 goal is to help others achieve what I have; a successful business that I am proud of, and a healthy relationship with it that doesn't require me to work weekends, allows me to take weeks off at a time, work anywhere in the world, spend time with my husband and fur babies and more.
